Data Controller and Purpose
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data may be processed for membership, orders, delivery, billing, payment verification, customer communication, request/complaint management and fulfillment of legal obligations.
Categories of Data That May Be Processed
Identity and contact data, delivery/billing information, account and order history, transaction-security logs, customer communication records and, where explicit consent is required, marketing preferences may be processed.
Data Transfers
Data required to complete an order may be shared with payment providers, shipping/logistics providers, accounting services and technical service providers only to the extent necessary for the service. Transfers to public authorities are limited to cases required by law.
Retention Period
Data is retained for the period necessary for the relevant processing purpose and applicable legal retention obligations; after that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction, ask about deletion/destruction conditions and exercise other applicable rights.
