Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the general framework for the essential characteristics, sale price, payment, delivery and rights and obligations of the parties for products ordered electronically through the website. Order-specific product, quantity, price, delivery and buyer information is displayed in the order summary before payment.
Order and Payment
The order is processed after the buyer reviews the checkout information, accepts the agreement/approval fields and successfully completes payment. The order may not be completed if authorization problems arise from the bank or payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery time may vary according to stock/production status, order quantity, custom-production requirements and carrier operations. Estimated lead time may be communicated separately at product or order stage.
Withdrawal and Returns
The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are assessed under applicable consumer law and according to the nature of the product. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made specifically to the consumer’s request or personal needs.
Disputes
Applicable consumer law and rules regarding competent authorities apply to disputes.
